Jonathan and Jay from Sun Service Specialist, were amazing. After several visits with several issues from different companies, they surpassed all of them. They were both very knowledgeable very accommodating and solution orientated. They understand their craft and have common sense. In today's world that is rare. They fixed an unforeseen issue and started the process, getting a part ordered, towards solving the original issue. We request for them to be the ones to come back out to finish the repair. Excellent experience from A-to-Z so far.

They came to take down and then put our panels back up after getting our roof replaced. Eric, Jake, Marcus, James, and Allen were awesome when they came to put the system back up. They made sure everything looked great and was in working order- I think they paid more attention to the appearance detail than the original company that installed the system. The crew was very professional and polite and took the time to answer my general solar questions. I would highly recommend this company based on their service and the interaction I had with the crew today!

Bobby and Marcus installed my Tesla home charger and did a fantastic job! The entire process was very straightforward and easy to follow, from initial quote to installation. If you’re in the process of getting quotes for an EV Charger, I couldn’t recommend them enough! They are fantastic.

Bobby Brown and Alan Neblitt came to do a system, check and change out CT module and move a solar panel. They were very courteous and professional. Bobby Brown was very knowledgeable. He was able to answer a lot of my questions. I look forward to working with these two individuals in the future if I have any more solar issues, also would like to thank Brett Myers Who has worked with me through this entire situation and has been very professional he called me every time. He said he was gonna call me. He’s kept his word on everything that he said he was gonna do. I look forward to working with him in the future if we have anymore issues. He also was able to answer all of my questions. If he did not have an answer, he told me he did not, and he would get it and he did. I’ve got a lot of education from him , about my system very knowledgeable!

Much better company than I bought my solar panels from. Wished we would done more research. Guy named Bobby Brown came and was able to get my panels backup and going. They are checking to see why my batteries were not installed that we paid for but were on back order and so I was glad they are checking on that. Help me get me to see what my panels are doing on my phone. Still waiting on that, but I feel sure they will get me going on both issues. Highly recommended.

We just had Jake, Eric and James at our house to take care of a minor issue. They were very pleasant and engaging - we couldn’t be happier! I didn’t think our situation really even warranted a service call - but, those guys treated the visit like it was as important as any other. We got great service, along with some great advice.
This isn’t the first time we’ve had a team here - each time they’ve been professional, skilled and personable. The difference this time is that I finally jumped right on writing this review! It’s times like this that cement our confidence in choosing the right solar company.

Professional, friendly and excellent service by staff (Mark and Ariel) and technicians.
I didn't get the names of the two techs who completed the job. But they were great, fast and efficient. So was Ty, who performed the initial visit and diagnostic.
