Both Matt and Waylon worked with us to make sure our systems are up to date and working. They took their time to answer any questions we had and provided options to help us save money. This is one of the best companies I've worked with and will definitely continue to use their services. I'd give them 10 stars if I could, they're that good.

Edit to my original post to add more details and correct spelling. Hopefully this will help others. Originally in 2021, we had problems with our a/c and the warranty company initially sent out a different company who wasn't even trained on how to use our thermostat. I was told it would be over 800.00 to clean the units fully and there was still no guarantee it would work. I called the warranty company and requested a second opinion and was assigned Summer Breeze. Matt called me directly and came out as soon as he could. He did an amazing job and is why I will always use this company. And I love the fun nature of the company name as it is an ac company.

Matt is always on time for all services. He is friendly, polite and professional. Matt does a very thorough inspection of my unit and explains things in a way I understand. I have been with Summer Breeze for 14 years and would not use anyone else. If I have an emergency they are always on it.

I wish I had looked at the reviews before I allowed my warranty company to send this horrible company to my home. They tore up my attic door while installing the furnace. They were scheduled to return today to repair the damage during the hours 8am-12pm. I contacted them around 4pm because they still had not shown up after giving me all kind of excuses. I'm so upset and disappointed with myself because I didn't do my research. I trusted the vendor that my home warranty company chose for me and now I'm stuck with a damaged door during the holidays. And let's not forget my unit is not working again!!!! Do not use this company if you're looking for professionalism and reliability. They are horrible!!!!!!!

Kane was great! He came and diagnosed our problem. The original company that installled our heat pump didn’t install the required heat kit. Kane ordered the part and installed for us just 2 days later. Thank you!
