Stitt Solar is by far the best residential solar company I have ever used. This was my 3rd solar system (first time working with Stitt) and they provided an unmatched level of service. Pricing is very good. Install team very friendly and courteous. Management very responsive and customer focused. The speed from initial quote to having solar turned on at my house was 2-4 times faster than expected. 100% recommend.

We had Stitt install a solar system last year. They were very professional and did a great job. We then decided to add more panels and a battery backup system. The process was just as smooth and even with a glitch in the software. That was corrected quickly. Everything is working great. We looked at a couple of other companies and did not like how we were treated. Stitt was very helpful and answered all questions truthfully. They gave us several options so we could decide what worked for us better. If you are looking for a solar system, this is the place I would go to.

It's rare to find that kind of friendly, personable service in this day. The whole team was great. Most importantly, they did what they said they would do within the time frame given, and did their job very well. Now that our installation is complete, I am confident that we will have any support that we might need going forward. We've had two Stitt Solar projects installed on our property. The first, in 2018, was a solar water heater which was installed on our barn's roof for our 35,000 gallon swimming pool. The second project was a 10.6 MWh solar electric (photovoltaic) installed on our home one year ago in Sept 2020. There are two things I'd like to share regarding our experience with Stitt Solar and their products. First is the quality of their work. We were quite impressed with the level of detailed thought and effort they put into both installations. They were meticulous! The crews they brought out inspected their own work many, many times and when I asked them about it they told me that they want the quality of their projects to be as if they were installing the system on their own home. Wow! Even the utility inspector was impressed. Second, and most important, the systems work. We wanted the heater for the pool so that our grandkids would enjoy coming over to swim.....and at 88 to 90 degrees they do! The pool heater has a thermostat so it can be set to various temperatures, but the temps I mentioned earlier are what works best for the little ones. Regarding the solar electric, after one year of production the results are equal to what Stitt Solar projected. Other than July and August when I kept the temps in the house quite cool we have only paid our utility company's $16 monthly "connection" fee. After two solar projects, and some experience with both, I highly recommend that anyone interested in this kind of technology consider Stitt Solar....they are great!

Just had a solar system installed by Stitt Solar. Great experience from beginning to end! The sales staff, our project manager, and our installers were all very professional and helpful. We had to coordinate the solar installation with other construction -- and Stitt Solar was very accommodating and flexible. They coordinated with everyone involved -- it was a seamless experience for us. This is quite a feat since we live in Bella Vista and getting all of the necessary construction permits can sometimes be frustrating. Our project manager navigated that process expertly and the project was completed on time, on budget! I would highly recommend Stitt Solar to anyone considering a solar PV system.

Chris Stwart at Stitt did a great job getting me set up with solar, answering all of my many questions throughout the process, and was super knowledgeable and transparent on the technical details, addressing questions and concerns for more comprehensively than other solar companies I had looked into. Stitt moved fast, installing 2 weeks after I signed the contract, and got it turned on and active a week later. Chris went above and beyond and checked in on the installation to make sure it was completed according to how it was initially sold to me

Stitt Solar team did an excellent job during the installation and Nikkisha was so cordial in having everything scheduled. Jared, Zach, Nathan, and Morgan were the folks that did the installation and they all were super helpful in addressing all my questions. A huge shout-out to their staff! And David helped understand the whole process and was transparent in all aspects from the beginning. Highly recommend the group if you are considering solar.

We love our new solar system! Dave explained the system, helped us figure out what we needed, explained net metering, walked us through the process, and gave us an accurate estimate for two possible options. The decision to get solar was easy to make. The installation went great, in spite of a couple hiccups from the utility company. The crew was careful, and took care of clean-up and any scratches and scuffs. The panels and battery look great and perform perfectly. I can give the Stitt Group my highest recommendation for products, installation, and customer service!
