Labor Day at 8:30 am I was hit by a red light runner at a major crash location in Seabrook, Texas. No witnesses, no cameras, just a "He said/ She said" case. And the police report is not in my favor stating I was the striking vehicle. I was the striking vehicle because my light was green and I went through the intersection. S,G&F sent me an automated letter saying they could not represent me. No reason why listed, and when I call, they treat me like scum. "You're case manager is in a meeting. Can you call back later"? Excuse me?! Be solid enough to counsel me with a call back stating why, and give me options to go another route. Poor customer service & I would definitely not recommend!
