I have had a storage unit at Statewide for the large majority of four years. The staff has always been personable and helpful. The units, always clean and feel safe. What I particularly like about Statewide is the touch that it feels like that they really care. Who would think it, right? A storage unit at a building full of storage units, where people stow their life away… But the bathroom is full of nice decorations and charm, and the grounds are well taken care of, full of nice plants and a place to sit outside the building. Ironically, Statewide Storage Units feels like home. Not only are the people who run the place considerate and kind, but the feeling of the place gives a sense of security, and thats what we want for our things, I think.

I'm very, very pleased with Statewide Self Storage on Mission in Santa Cruz. It's conveniently located and access has gone very smoothly. Reasonable hours and the gate code system has worked fine. Cynthia at the front desk was super helpful - found me an ideal unit, gave me a good deal, and threw in a free wardrobe box to boot! The place is clean, well-lighted, and secure. Couldn't recommend this facility more strongly. 🙂

The facility is perfectly clean. My needs were met exactly as requested. Rom Galera, the store manager, listened carefully and got me the perfect situation to accommodate my needs. I’m extremely happy. He even picked up a minuscule piece of trash as we were using the elevator. Now that is exceptional service. This is truly a five star facility.

My experience at Statewide Storage has been absolutely excellent, I highly recommend them! They are efficient and friendly and super helpful. The grounds are super clean (great bathrooms!), well maintained, safe and securely watched. I am so grateful to have my things here, and the manager Cynthia couldn't be nicer or more helpful!

Cynthia was so helpful in helping out a college mama help her kid get the right sized unit for storing stuff for the summer despite being hundreds of miles away. She helped get everything set up so that my kid could just go in with a lock to finish out one last bit of paperwork. She answered all questions and she was very patient. Definitely made the experience easy!
