It was hard to find a staff member when we got inside of stars and strikes. We went to two different registers waiting for staff to come. Myself and my husband came for the MLK day special since we were both off of work. We enjoyed playing the arcade games. There were a lot of people but it wasn’t super packed. We overall had a great time.

We are quick to report the bad, so why not report the good! I wanted to give the STAFF THEIR FLOWERS while they’re still here to receive it! When I tell you they have the BEST STAFF EVER! Dashia, Troy, Chelsea, & all the other employees are TRULY AMAZING! They are EDUCATED, FRIENDLY, HELPFUL, ACCESSIBLE, ACCOMMODATING, ENTERTAINING, & ALL AROUND GOOD PEOPLE! Let me not forget to add they do it all with a SMILE & a GREAT ATTITUDE! If you want to have a great night out with family, friends, or just a cool date night, look no FURTHER! We come here probably four or five times a year. I’ve had business parties here birthday parties and just family fun days and have never had issues until Sunday evening. I could go into detail, but I’m not going to too much first we had to pay extra for VIP because there was a leak coming in And then there was also a wait for VIP quoted at 15 to 20 minutes. We had to wait almost 40 minutes and online there was nothing stating the twilight lanes were closed. Then I ordered some food from our server and there was a whole situation and she kept saying she I don’t know. I don’t know I don’t know and that the kitchen had a bad attitude and all they said was no, so I asked for a manager, and once the manager came over, I tried explaining myself to him and he did all, but tell me to shut up And dismissed me before I could even tell him an issue. Meanwhile, we’ve been at our lane for over 30 minutes and still haven’t gotten food so I asked for a discount because of how long this process is taken. He also dismiss that so I asked for a receipt so I could reach out to corporate and thankfully Kristen. The other manager came over and she was such a delight. She took my feelings in the consideration and did everything she could to make sure that we were satisfied, even brought my food to my table for me Went and got my condiments everything it was 100% turned around and then very last minute as we walking out the door, Xavier decided to walk up to me and then apologize and I think that it’s only because he saw Christian dedication and hard work. I was also told he got moved from another location since first week and if that’s how it’s gonna be at tequila with him as a manager, I will not return on his shifts. It was absolutely absurd, but all in all me and my family had a great time and had full bellies while doing it all thanks to Kristen. It does suck though we got there at 4:30 and we didn’t leave until 7 because of the wait and we only did an hour and half of actual bowling lol

Kirsten and the other staff were amazing. I have a very severe allergy to seafood and she pointed me to what was safe for me to eat. She was so kind and caring!!
Also the staff was so friendly and patient with us, and even gave us extra time to finish our last game.
We only bowled, but the rest of the arcade seemed fun. I will definitely be back!

I went to this Stars and Strikes today for a kid's birthday party. Of course, it is everything that a kid could want- arcade games, laser tag, and pizza. However, I feel like this place does not have much staff around, which is why I cannot give it five stars. If you have some extra money, then this is a great place to spend it for some fun with the littles.

Nice place for families and adults only fun. Love the arcade up front. Very nice and clean. Nice employees. Good customer service. The food wasn't great but it was good. My only negative is even though I had socks on, the bowling shoes made my feet itch. I would definitely go again.
