Gate 3 for trucks open before 8am, but dock workers open up at 8am. If you're delivering medical supplies, check in by door 46. Was a fast unload. Can park on the street if you need to.

This place is average for a grocery warehouse with one glaring problem. They have about 8 doors as receiving. They have almost no communication as to where to check in, so you will wander from door to door. I couldn't imagine driving for them. It would border the ridiculous. Start at door 53.

We had a 2pm pick-up appointment but arrived 40 minutes late. They still took us in and got us loaded within 2 hours. Very fair and professional.

I came in at 9:45 for 10am appointment. They unloaded me by 11am . No restroom , portables only . There is couple spots for parking on street, saw 3 trucks parked there . Also there is a fuel stop maybe 5 miles from here

Ok, well...my appt was at 6. First time here. Trucks were parked on the street even though one of the reviews show a letter where you are instructed not to. BUT! we’re truck drivers. Who said we obeyed anything. 😂 Just trying to start out with fresh hours. Got onto the lot, waited two hours before I got a dock because their docks were already blocked with loaded trailers. 07:45, got a dock, they started unloading me immediately and was done in about 15-20 mins with 10 pallets. Was finished at 08:20. Got out of there before the disgruntled Chiefs fans checked out and got on the road! Sorry, had to add that and I’m not a Buccaneers fan either. 😆

Would be alright if drivers would back in on the right out of the way but you know, we just do what we want. There’s no curiosity anymore people. All in all I agree with most of the other positive posts. I would deliver here again. Just watch for the 🐊. 🤣 There’s a good amount of room to dock. People that I encountered were all nice. Stay safe and protected!

Truck drivers - (from Bartow Fl).. R98(N) to toll R570(W) - go approx 8.0 miles to ex 1.. keep straight thru traffic light… turn left=R92(W).. go approx 4.1 miles - turn left = Park rd… go approx 0.3 miles- turn left =M L K blvd… go 0.3 miles- turn right = Henderson way… 0.5 miles.. 2nd building on left… (gate #2 for picking up furniture)… limited overnight parking…checkin near dock door 1…

It is a DHL facility, but this one has friendly people in the office and warehouse workers who understand that time is money. Quick in and out.

GPS took me to the wrong place for that address but once here, had multiple pickup numbers that they made me go to 3 different doors to be loaded in but I must say they get right on you at each door you go to. Just have to figure out from the po numbers which of the three gates have your product. You can come overnight and park off of this side street that they are on but definitely not bad getting loaded up.
