Although a bit pricey, I feel the quality of the products I purchase from Staples is, ultimately, worth it because I've never had to return a purchase for being faulty. Because I've always encountered helpful and accommodating staff, I'm confident if I should have to return a product for an exchange or refund, as long as I have my receipt, it will be honored. Their product selection and in-store availability always has at least one of what I'm looking for. The store's location has a large parking lot with plenty of spots, and there's an Albertsons in the same strip mall just in case you need to complete two errands with one stop.

I have been into Staples several times inquiring about a memory book I have been working on over the last year. I had many questions and Lucus answered every question I needed answered. He was such a polite, knowledgeable young man, I am sure Staples are lucky to have him. I am sure his parents are very proud of who he is also. I needed three masking tapes with special color and size. The other stores didn't have enough, but I could find that this one has. So I ordered online and went to pick up. It was convenient and easy. I stopped by and could pick up very quickly. Clean and well managed store.
