This is an awful company. They never return your call. We had to get BBB involved twice but still no result. We spent around 40k for a system that was damaged during installation. They promised to replace the damaged panels but then the installers never returned. After 4 years, the system stopped working all together and we have spent 3 months trying to get this taken care of. The sales people lie to you about the warranty just to get you to buy the product. The money you save on your electric bill is minimal to the cost of the system. Stay away from this company. They are liars all the way through.

Absolute garbage company. Installed a 40kw system for my business and after finally passing inspection after more than a year of them fumbling the project, PGE goes to connect and they ordered and installed the wrong micro-inverters. Another year later no resolution with false promises every-time you can get someone on the phone (good luck). Elijah, Laura, Maureen - all trash. Avoid this company altogether or retain your attorney ahead of time because these guys are the definition of shoddy contractors.

Absolutely AWFUL customer service ... They never call you back. Whoever 'Elijah Lee' is, he certainly never answers the phone, and never returns your call. The answering service they hire have no other number / extension to transfer you to, so they are unable to help either

Our solar panels were installed at the end of July, we have not seen a decrease in our electric bill (except for the typical drop due to weather). The representative stated he would pay our disconnection fee to change companies, and that has yet to happened. We have tried to contact the company, but their messages still says closed for Thanksgiving. No way to leave a message. We are paying far too much for the panels not to have quality customer service and a lower electric bill. So disappointing.
Update: Our panels had stopped working in January of this year. I tried for months to reach them. I got the BBB involved and they still weren’t working with us. I’ve now had to reach out to the State Attorney’s office to help recoup the money we have lost.

If I could give this company 0 stars I would. We had our solar panels installed in May of 2019 and they failed their final inspection from CPS. I was told several times that summer that someone would come out to fix them, no one ever did. I was in contact with them about reimbursement because we had been making our loan payments even with them not working. They ghosted us. It’s now 2021 and this process of finally getting in contact with someone to talk about fixing them and reimbursement has happened 3 times over the years. Their customer service sucks, they never return phone calls or texts even when you leave full name and numbers. So I still have the solar panels that have never worked on my roof and have not seen a dime of reimbursement. Stay far away from this company. 0 stars

This is been one of the biggest mistakes I’ve ever made. My panels were installed last February but not functional until August. They were new to the Houston area and didn’t seem to understand how the system worked. Since then my system faults and goes out and has to be restarted. It has no alert system. I went several months without realizing that it wasn’t working. It was spring time and my bill started to creep up, and at first it felt normal but soon realized it was not. When I can get in touch with them they promise that I’ll get some sort of alert system, but that’s been for months now. For the last few days my phone calls haven’t been returned.
When it was all working late last summer I was paying zero for my electric and $100 a month for my panels which I was fine with. But now I am paying $70 a month for electric and $100 for panels plus just sent in the big $8000 check from the IRS credit. Hate to ramble on, but they also installed the panels on our roof that was not in good enough shape to have the panels installed. Their roofer certified it as good. There were multiple leaks that finally resolve themselves—thank goodness. While trying to find leak sources they damaged my ceiling when walking in my attic and fell on top off the AC unit leaving a major dent. They also damaged my roof and put multiple beads of silicone caulk to put together the
shingles that were broken. I’m exhausted. I’d wanted solar panels my whole life but truly believe it’s been
the worst mistake.

I can't be unhappier with the customer service for this company. You call, leave messages, send emails, not a single response. They are getting installation jobs assigned by other companies, but they will never follow up with you, the end user.
I can't yet comment about the technical capabilities of the company because they haven't performed the job. However, the wait hasn't been "sweet" or pleasant.
I would not recommend working with this company.

I had an excellent experience with Standard Eco. I had solar installed on one of my homes and did not have a single issue that was not quickly resolved. Elijah, specifically, was very responsive and answered all of my questions. When there was a delay in the installation, I was informed immediately and Elijah ensured that he handled everything personally. I am happy with the service I received from Standard Eco and I am happy with my decision to go solar. I am actually very shocked by the negative reviews that were previously posted. I did not and have not experienced those issues at all.
