Have had low pressure for going on 6 months because of break and repair they botched now refuse to replace line until entire road in re lined. Our entire street barely has water and they hang up on and dismiss our calls to telling us just to “deal with it”. I work in the same industry and if our company acted in this manner heads would roll. Terrible management.

Ray and his team did a wonderful job of solving a problem with our water meter, which was originally very close to the street (it was put in a long time ago) and had been driven over many times. The cement housing was badly broken and had caused damage to the water line. Ray figured out what to do to ensure that the meter would be more protected, and was very professional and knowledgeable. The guys who worked with him were great also. They had the water up and running very quickly. We are very thankful for their expertise!!

Our office had an issue where our water/sewer bill went from the $159-$175 range to in excess of $700! Now, our video did show a separate issue but when we called the head of the Utility Department , he was quick to apologize, there had been an issue with a contractors installation of the new service lines and made the correction to our bill right away. Thank You!

Do to unfortunate circumstances my water was shut off while i had 2 sick children at home. I called and paid my bill and they told me it wpuld be turned back on. I called to check on the update after 3 hrs of it not beimg turned back on was hung up on and then when i called back yelled at and was told i could cut the lock but would be charged $30. This place is ridiculous with how they treat their customers. Customer service is definitely not one of their strong points!

I have a card from United Health Care that is supposed to be able to be used to pay utility bills. There are many other cities signed up to receive payments this way, why not St. Augustine? I have a water bill I'd like to pay with my UCard.
