SRP turned off the power when I was in the shower, almost fell getting out in darkness, when I went outside to talk to crew and ask why wasn't I notified, and told them I almost fell, they said you're funny dude we knocked, customer service had no record of anyone working on the transformer right in front of my apartment building, great to know SRP employees think slipping and falling in the shower is funny, if I was an old woman who fell and cracked her head would it still be funny? I was told a complaint will be filed but I doubt anything will be done!

Amazing! Technician named Eric came out and fixed my power after my apartments kept it off from 7:30am in the morning to 9pm at night! Eric was quick and professional! Needs raise immediately.

Srp really needs to do wy better they are still living in the 90s..power pole falls and the whole block shuts down for hours it's been the same since I was ten lol bad weather comes and they do know when bad weather is coming and again the power will be out for hours there are now cars that are electric and can drive them selves srp needs to keep up I've never seen them replaced the old power lines on those old wooden poles those poles are wood and the lines are old if the wind snaps wood trees don't you think it's going to break that old wooden pole and those old lines start putting your heads together and stop putting are money together with rising prices

Customer service is terrible. Website doesn’t work for payment. They will send bills to your email, and then say it’s not a valid email when you try to pay.

If possible all give a zero.
I have solar panels 50% of my power goes to srp. I'm over producing during winter months. And yet paying a normal bill. At 65 to 90 dollars.
Plus my solar.
I been calling all I get its normal
You probably don't know how to used your power at production.
They advertise solar but once you go solar they still charge you a normal bill.

Told us they shut off the power because our payments were returned and we had to pay $60 and it’ll be back on. We pay $90 and nothing changes and they say “you need to pay another $10” the worst utility company I’ve had in the 4 states I’ve lived in.
