We just sat there for 20 minutes to wait for lunch to be over and then another 15 minutes for them to never show up at 1 like they said.. I wouldn't recommend them for nothing.

Paid them, got a due bill, had to send them a copy of my cancelled check to prove payment (which had been endorsed and deposited by them). Staff doesn't seem to understand email account operations.

I’m disabled with children and been waiting on gas for 3 weeks now. When I call they just say let me call you back and never do or say “I imagine I’ll get to it this week jus dunno when” How're you even running a business being so unorganized you can’t even get your scheduling right or tell people the truth about when you can come out? Pathetic business skills 1/10 don’t recommend

Last year we had a lot of trouble with them delaying coming out to fill our tank. They would not come out when they said they would and once we had to call multiple times over a couple of weeks. This year they have been more prompt though.

They seem nice on the phone, but I have tried to get them to come out for over a month and a half, and they have never showed up. I am not sure why they don't want business?

If you can get LP somewhere else DO IT, I've only been a customer for over a year and this winter they let me run out twice already they will lie to you!! PS..it's making me give a star!

Got fuel once, and will never call them again. This place has got to be the most unreliable place for propane.Not to mention the guy that answered the phone was nothing short of rude. And the secretary that works in the Ravenden office acts like she don’t know anything. I will burn wood and cut down the trees myself using an axe before I ever use this sorry excuse for a business again!!!!
