Worst company I've ever came across. Have a gas leak ...they don't care . Show up without notification ...leaves. schedule you again in 2 weeks.

Not the friendliest in the book but this company will charge you twice so g2 watch your bank fr fr ... and when u call about it they tell u they didn't... lots of drama in my book from a business..... but what can you do.. u have to have a gas company.. so not a company I would recommend to have in your house but you g2 have ... so is what it is .

I wish I could give them one star. They turned off my gas after giving me zero notice, and I've had perfect payment history for at least a year. Then they added on a deposit and reconnection fees which totaled $544 for me to get my gas turned back on! I wish I had another choice for gas.

This is the most horrible gas company even. They give you dates for a technician to show up and no one comes or calls to say hey we want be out today or we are running behind for whatever reason. Customer service pretend like they are help but they’re not they just tell you anything to get you off the phone and out of there hair. I really wish we had several gas companies to choose from because this one ( Spire ) is awful. I leave you with this if you can go all electric because dealing with this company will definitely make you wish you would have.

The techs are liars. They canceled the appointment to turn on the gas and said I wasn’t home. Said they called and knocked. Nobody called and I was home all day. Complete POS.
