Unhelpful customer service, rude people at the desks, and terrible overpriced service. What more could you want? They will either rip you off with a smile or they will roll their eyes at you when you ask simple questions. Thanks for nothing!

Edit: I have been invited to discuss the problem I had with my service! I would love to, except I don’t have internet right now. What a pickle…

Rude staff. No pleasant qualities such as smiles or nice tone of voice, just a blank stare and rude attitude. While I was dealing with one rude employee, another interrupted us without any apology or an "excuse me", simply interrupted us to discuss a personal matter.

Had a bad experience with a scammer (it was 100% my fault. I gave my account info to an untrusted number i found on google) Huge hassle for over a month. The employees at the montclair store, especially Salma who helped me, provided me with so much peace. The aurora Salma is radiating in that store is godly. So thankful for everyone's calmness and help 🙂 Thank you

I only had my service for 45 days.
How is my bill, 300 bucks?
Why did I need 3 modems in 45 days?
Why do I have to pay all that, and had service less than half the time?
Definitely not impressed.
Ill be dropping your equipment off today, as I've moved to t-mobile.

I implore you, find ANY other Internet Service Provider. The only thing consistent about Spectrum internet is the price rising.

Laziest people. 5 there and only two working. Why is it that every time I go to pay my bill it takes 30 minutes to an hour. And they already the most expensive for existing customers. This place is the worst.
