This company has been the worst to work with. First, two very pushy salesmen came into our store, ignoring the no soliciting sign we have up. They rushed us into a decision after looking at our current electric bill, saying we had to hurry and make a decision. They said our rates would be cheaper if we signed a contract with them. We did and our bills immediately went up and we are paying much more then before. They said they would stay in contact with us and make sure we were happy if we signed up and we have not heard back from them since. I would not recommend them and their pressure tactics. Look for you your own electric provider and plan. We are now locked into 4 more years with them but I can guarantee we will not be renewing with them when the time comes.

So happy we made the switch to Spartan! If you’re thinking about it, just do it. They are great! Customer service has been outstanding and our bills are definitely less than what they were with our previous provider.

Chrystena is so helpful! Thank you for the best service and assistance ever!

Unfortunately I'm having to update my review to reflect the truth. Chrystena came by and said she's my new rep, my contract ends soon, nothing will change, it'll automatically roll over into a new contract, and my rates would stay the same now as they were 5 years ago. She left her card and told me to call her with questions and that she would send my new contract via email. I've tried to call several times with no answer, and I haven't received the promised contract. It's been 3 weeks, and I REALLY hate being lied to.
