Was unable to view spot prior to purchasing. The spot assigned to me was located in an area where there were overhanging trees which would have dropped debri on my new boat. Had to call and request a new spot. A new spot was located but will now cost me an additional $5 per month. Not real happy about that, but we will see what happens.

Visited with a friend who stores their RV there ...spare box #29. Price may be right but a lot of old rigs, close together and my friends had side swipe marks on their rig. Need a bigger turn space than they have. Other Spare Box sites may vary and be larger.
