Working with Southwestern Advantage has ultimately shifted my perspective from letting life lead me to leading myself in life by all the choices I make in my action and mindset. Trash, the kid from Poland would not leave my house tell I purchased a set of books. I kept telling him I don’t have the money to buy them as I had just moved to town and he just kept insisting that I do with payment plans and all. I feel as if they forced me to buy these books just to get them out of my house. I tried to return the books for my money back and was told I only had 5 days to do so all the books are unopened and unused and they still refuse to give me my money back for them I was also told a lie, that they were only $700 total and I have now paid about $1000 for books that will never get used. There bully’s and scam artists. These books have no relevance to my children’s school regime and yet they still won’t take the books back and return my money. If I were anyone else I would not let these people into your home, both kids also before leaving asked for a soda and to use my restroom weirdly spending longer then 10 min each in my restroom not sure if he was using the restroom or going through my stuff. All in all it was a terrible experience that I am yet still paying for.

100% the best decision I've ever made was to sell books. This program is definitely tough but that is part of why it is great. SW and its leaders have helped shaped me into who I am today (as well as pay for school and a million other fun trips/cool things along the way.) Would recommend to anyone who is willing to work hard, think outside the box, fight the status quo, is down for adventures and making great friends!

Very dishonest. Thousands of complaints on sites where they can’t post bot reviews. They will illegally charge you for a subscription that you never agreed to. Most so called summer interns are miserable and hate them.
UPDATE. I cannot reply to your response. I can share the five responses from your customer service saying you don’t offer refunds. They cannot provide a copy of the agreement as it does not exist. Your legal department will not respond so we have filed a small claims case and considering a class action to stop your fraudulent practices.

I had a college student stop by my house to show me the different books/plans Southwestern Advantage had to offer my kids. One of the biggest things I hate is when someone will push and push to try to sell you something. It often makes me uncomfortable and less likely to buy anything at all. But Helen, came into my home respectful, kind, and most importantly she didn’t push. She let me take my time to look in depth on things I was most interested in, and even went as far as asking me first “which ones were in the yes pile” so we could more easily narrow down the perfect selection for my kids. I can’t stress enough how much it meant to me that she didn’t overly push. She used marketing skills in the best way possible in my opinion. The books are truly wonderful and are a perfect addition to my now 3rd graders bookshelf. Perfect for her to grow with and will be much use for her sister as well. It’s like we have school right under our very roof now! Thank you Helen for your dedication, and thank you Southwestern Advantage for your amazing selection of books! We will use them for years to come!
