This company was contracted by seller of my home to complete movement of electrical box to be in compliance with TEP. Let me tell you it was the worst experience ever. Not only did they leave things a mess but one employee tried to pull a flirty move to get me to comply with the bad job. They left the job incomplete, one room was left without power connected back to it, wires were left exposed, grounding wire left exposed, overall disgusting experience and unprofessional. Please seek others to complete your project.

Pedro and the team are incredibly kind, detailed, and professional. They work hard, and the quality of their output speaks for itself. We've had Southwest out running electrical, gas lines, and to repair an HVAC unit, and I can confidently say that I will never call any other company to come work on the house. They are punctual and fairly priced, and have true integrity in running the business. I will be a repeat customer for life!

We decided to hire SW AC & Heating to fix our air conditioning problem based on our neighbor's experience with him. Our experience turned out to also be a very positive one. The owner is very knowledgeable about air conditioning. He seems to have high standards in the work he performs. He needed to travel some distance, during the middle of the job, to obtain an unexpectedly required, but necessary part. Yet he did not adjust the final price from his original estimate. We voluntarily paid him more than he had requested, and what we ending up paying was still $500 less than an estimate we had received from another business. SW Air Conditioning, Heating, Electrical, and Solar will be whom we call when we need such services in the future.

He came out to fix my water heater that keeps having the pilot light shut off, but he didn't fix it, and $180 later we still have a water heater that doesn't work.
