We have been with another provider for years and we bought a new home which was in southern pine area. Our outages are unbelievable faster restored. The service guys are so nice and helpful. Even playing with our grandson. It's a business and it's about money but customer service is most important to me. Awesome

Horrible people! Make them mad by asking questions & they will postpone your services for weeks! We have been trying to get lights for a week now & after calling today; they said they're just receiving the orders! Ridiculous!!! The tenant been physically up there a week ago this day (Monday), then again last Tuesday! Paperwork doesn't get sent up until TODAY!!! We had to call Headquarters to get that done cause a employee refused to give the tenants lights in her name because she was living in her father's house with lights in his name. The father is paying the lights in his name without any issues. The tenant is moving out & moving in her own new place of residence. The employee was trying to make her pay the father's light bill before she would send up any paper to get the tenant lights hooked up. Plus it's not even due yet, not for another 3 weeks at that time. I just wish people would get some customer service training or get out of customer service jobs.
