Have been trying to reach Southern California Edison company about a cracked pole by workers while completing a job. Would like information on how safe this quick fix is and or if it’s getting replaced.

I've been shut down twice now for a PSPS. 3 days the first time, who knows how long this time. It wouldn't be so bad if my neighbors that are a block away didn't have full power. It's just so arbitrary.

Says they shut off our power to high winds, however there is no breeze at all. Neigbor’s next door are on hospice with no power. Do better than turning the lights off for the people who need it.

If ZERO STARS were possible, you'd get that. Absolutely livid about the employee who not only let himself into my backyard when I was not in my home. But also lied to my face saying my gate was open so he just let himself in. Camera's exist, and for future reference open is not the same thing as unlocked. To top it off, this because the company couldn't connect properly to our home which we have called about multiple times, told you when to come by, laid out very well that I have a Husky and I live next to a busy main road and you guys were told not to enter my yard without consent because she could get out. Furthermore, my power was shut down without consent or anyone present and my AC was not able to turn itself back on. Again, I have a husky in the middle of summer and the whole situation is wildly unacceptable. And not a single live person to talk to to make a complaint on your employees. That really isn't surprising. Manage your large company better, and make sure your employees know the risk to entering someone's property unknown to the owners. Not everyone would be as friendly to come back with a random man in their backyard and their cameras cut out.

These people should be sued. There has to be a class action we can win for the suffering they cause. I'm a disabled person who requires cancer treatment medications in the fridge. These perks shut down power during any fire saying it's because of that when in reality they're probably trying to steal from us. I don't see how the fires 3 hours away in Los Angeles affect our power makes 0 sense notice how gas and everything else goes up when "there's a fire "

This company scams people. Three months in a row of the same dollar amount there's no darn way that can happen unless I watch the meter which by the way is locked up in a side closet by our apartment complex. We applied for the care plan too which should've lowered it which again by the way didn't.

Like other comments can't reach a live customer service rep. This is unbelievable.

Update: made a complaint against Edison and they stated that it's my fault my bill was so high past 300 for last year Jun-Aug due to AC being on which mind you i barely had the AC on at all. But I did a test since it was the holidays and left my christmas lights on pretty much 24/7 and my bill was still 120 dollars cheaper than the summer. I find it hard to believe what they said to me was true as my test proves that this company scams their customers.

Also weird part of this. After I first made this post 2 days later they looked at my LinkedIn page.

I live in Anza and we have been without power for a couple days and no clue when we'll get power. We have had no winds for over a day now and when I called SCE to ask when we would get power back, they had no idea that there was an outage in all of Anza. We have no water, heat, can't cook, and they have no clue. Ridiculous!

We cannot reach a live body to talk to! What are the Customer Reps doing while we wait on the line. No one EVER picks up the 800-655-4555 it is so frustrating. Why don’t you people try to help us individually like other big companies do and they are successful at it!
