I have positive experience at this facility.
Jesus, Alex and Chris are nice, professional and very knowledgeable.
They gave me directions and told me where to dispose paint, metal and other unwanted junk.

The facility selects and separates the junk which is super important. Prices are reasonable.
Overall great experience and I’ll highly recommend to friends and everyone who is reading this comment.

Really amazing experience with their customer service. I have called 3x since moving into a South SF home, and there has been 0 wait time on the call. The lady was polite and informative of services and answered all my questions detailed. I was expecting a 30 min call, as is common for other utilities, and I finished the call in 3 minutes. Thank you!!

The worst customer service I have experienced with any company! I cancelled my service over four months ago, and I let them know over 30 days in advance that I would be moving, yet they insist that I never called them, gave my new address, or asked to stop service! I am also sure that I canceled since I can no longer log into their online payment system. Either way I'm not calling to argue about when I called, I don't need to be subjected to your belittlement, if you don't want to own up to it just fix the billing error and stop the "service" I am not receiving. I am 100% certain you are billing the new tenant, does it make sense to bill for the same address multiple times? I think anyone can attest that better safeguards should be in place so other account holders are not unfairly billed.

Love the ability to schedule drop off of documents to be shredded. Easy to witness them being destroyed and charge can be paid then or added to your quarterly invoice if you have an existing account with them. Easy!

Be very careful with anything that plugs in. If u got something like an old garbage disposal put it in a bag with other trash and dump it like everyone else does. They charge $21 for a “large e-waste item”. Don’t get ripped off.

Price to dispose of something isn't bad but don't go here without a tarp covering your load, even if it is a single couch. If you do they will charge you an extra $20. Or they will tell you to leave and go cover your load. Crazy no common sense used by employees to judge if covering actual does anything.

Rude and snippy telephone customer service representative named Jennifer. Didn't want to be helpful. Just a very negative person. Judging by the Yelp reviews concerning her, I'm not the only one that has interacted with her and had a poor experience. Does management address these multiple complaints?
