The worst humans to walk to earth.

Called 2 weeks in advance to get gas to my house on settlement day.

They told me that I would have to pay for the gas from the months prior because the current owner, who told them to turn it off, was told it was off but SJI never came out to turn it off.

They told me that the only way can get it on is if they paid it or I.

The only other option was to email them the day of settlement with my Settlement letter and ID and the gas would be on without interruption. I called and confirmed this in with me.

That day I emailed them and nothing for 2 hours. I called them and they told me, they don’t do that and that I will have to wait a week for someone to come out and turn it on…

So they lied.

Now with my kids we get to sleep in a cold house with no way to cook for a week.

Good job South Jersey Gas.

SEE BELOW PICTURES FOR PROOF OF CARLESS WORKMANSHIP ON MY PROPERTY. OIL LEAKS FROM EQUIPMENT, UNLEVELED EXCAVATION, BROKEN SPRINKLER PIPING, COMMERCIAL MACHINES STILL LEFT AT NEIGHBORHOOD PROPERTY ABANDONED WITH MATERIALS AND PIPING.
DISGRUNTLED EMPLOYEES DO NOT DO QUALITY WORK. CUSTOMER IS JUST A NUMBER. SJ IS ONLY INTERESTED IN A QUICK BID CONTRACT TO DO VOLUME BUSINESS. SAFETY AND DETAIL IS NOT A PRIORITY.
AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!
