I do not have one single complaint about the San Luis Garbage/South County Sanitary
Mission Country Disposal/Morro Bay Garbage company and services and its Been 14 years.

The drivers are very diligent and kind. The staff when you call the office are accommodating, knowledgeable, and always have the answers I’m looking for. All the staff go the extra mile and that’s worth acknowledging, especially in today’s world when customer service is lacking in so many ways.

I'm not easily amused but I called in the other day since I was having trouble getting rid of so much junk and the first gal I spoke to seemed a little confused with my situation. I hung up on her. I called back after calming down a little and the 2nd gal I belive her name was Izabell was friendly patient and got me exactly what I needed to get ride of all this extra trash. I love the drivers that work for South County Sanitary. Not only are they prompt and consistent with my personal trash pickup, but being a mobile groomer myself, I know I am sometimes parked in the way of a pickup for them. To my pleasant surprise I have yet to have one of them be rude or disrespectful because of it! Unlike local police patrol who is constantly refusing to deliver mail because they may actually have to leave thier mailLa truck and walk a foot to the box.
