The first few comments had me hesitant to call this company, but after realizing they were from disgruntled employees i made the call and I’m glad I did. I had a few issues with the electric in my home theatre that was installed prior to my moving in… the socal west coast team had it resolved quickly and efficiently. Loved that it was family owned. Shop local.

West coast is a very good company I have had work done from them. It's really sad how people have to slander others to feel better. Stevie I thought you were brought up better than that but I guess not. And your husband no one even knows who he is for him to right a comment. These people never had work done with west coast they just like to slander so sad.

Driver of vehicle #23 is absolutely psychotic! Cut me off completely, and flipped me off while he was driving like a complete jerk. Says a lot about the character and integrity of the company!

I’ve tried three times to order a new remote for my system, and the woman there still hasn’t made any effort to do so, she just keeps saying she’s going to do it right now. I’ve also been trying for a month to schedule an appointment for someone to reconnect my system and they just tell me they’ll call me back and they never do. Absolutely horrible.
