Inside staff is very friendly. Even if they don't have a conversation with you at least they smile and welcome you in as if they're happy to see you. I prefer going in but sometimes my laziness will endure the drive thru silence.

My Grandmother's utility bill is over $200 a month. My house is 2820 sq. ft. and all of my utilities combined are less than this. She is the only one the lives in her home. I do not know who they are sending out to read her meter, but she needs to be fired. If there is a leak, it needs to be fixed, stop overcharging the seniors! My Grandmother is on a fixed income. You all should be ashamed.

These people really don't care about you at all it will shut you off after being late no matter what situation you're in sometimes they try to work with you most of the time they just shut you down I don't think they're very fair
