The first time I came here the two guys I dealt with were honest. Today, 11-6-24, the second time they cheated me and it would have been worse if I didn't stand my ground. The guy was trying to tell me the large plastic bottle had to be over 40oz. It's right on their sign... 24oz. I told him I looked it up on the CA CRV site and it was 24oz. Then he says you have to count them out it can only be 50. I said I did that's 50. So he counted them again and says 2 have no labels. They had labels. The labels were there but damaged so I said I'll get you two more for you. See the photo I have attached of SOS's sign. When I calculated the amount it should have been I figure they shorted me $7. They don't give you a receipt for what they paid you for each item. I will be going elsewhere.

They intentionally did not weigh an entire trash can full of cans. I brought in four large yard waste bags full of cans & filled four of their blue cans. They weighed 3 of the four right in front of my face & when I said something it was completely disregarded. I would actually recommend ANY other recycling center.

Just how most reviews say about ripping you off sounds about right.. went with 3 1/2 full bins of aluminum 2 full bins of plastic and 2 bins of glass for only $60?!! Thats crazy i also noticed when the guy was weighing the bins he’d weigh only half of it, the rest was hanging off the scale. Thought it was only a mistake at first but did it for every single bin. Not cool at alll!!

Don't come here they will rip you off, i came here had 3 full bins of plastic and 2 of cans filled up all the way and they tired to say it was less then $60 not to mention i had to tell him twice to make sure he weighs the aluminum cans. And when it came to him adding eveytbing up he pointed and told me i can pay u out right over there because he seen me staring at the computer where it shows the full they owe u... Fishy why would it matter if I'm looking I was the only customer there as well

The guy processing the cans yells the guy working the scale to knock my total 10 dollars because he found a couple jackpots but he didn't remove any cans from my recyclables. So basically he just stole 10 dollars from me . I DO NOT RECOMEND COMIMG HERE.

Went there the first time. Had over 20 pounds in plastic. Watched the kid put it on the scale but did not add it to the money. They took it off and put the cans on. Had..... 2 1/2 bins her in plastic. Told me only had 15 pounds all together.... When there was way over. 20 pounds. Owner is not helpful.... Didnt believe a thing.... When we sat there and saw it happen. Not to mention filled 2 of the white bins up which is way bigger than them little blue bins. Tell me how 2 large white bins only fill up 1 1/2 of the blue bins. Not possible..... They are a rip off. And the owner is no help at all!
