We decided to stop here on our trip back from FL for a quick coffee top-up. However, we weren’t expecting to be blown away by the quality of flavor and service. I tried the raspberry white mocha latte (hot) with whole milk, and my wife ordered the lavender drop (cold) with oat milk. Both were incredible! Lucky Flomaton! I was glad to learn that they roast their own coffee in that same location and ship ‘em too. Definitely buying some soon!

Super cozy coffee shop with a great selection of specialty drinks. The matcha is very good which is hard to find now a days. Most coffee shops just serve green milk but I could actually taste the matcha! 🍵 The blackberry cobbler latte is DELICIOUS and I will be frequenting here 🩷

We are not locals, this place was busy, which is a good sign. We ordered the lemon meringue and a coconut Carmel, both hot. Coffee is really good. Flavored coffee is typically not my favorite because I want to taste the coffee. This place does it very well. Great coffee with great (not overwhelming) flavors. We will be back.

All around wonderful! So glad I ran across this coffee shop. They even roast their own beans. They use Kakow syrups. Tasty, but would love to see a homemade syrup or two. Coffee/espresso is great, which is the most important thing. Non-dairy and decaf available-- And faith-based, which is a delight to patron.

Stopped in on travels, so pleased we did! Just released their summer specials, both hubby and I enjoyed a hot latte named "Butter Beer".....I might would slap somebody's mama for one of these- no joke🤪 pleasant conversation, cute coffee shop, highly recommend!

Absolutely worth the 5 minute detour! If you are traveling to Pensacola from points north and have a hankering for a good cup of coffee Sophia's is a great choice. Located just left of nowhere is this jem of a Cafe. Not only are they a coffee shop, they roast their own beans so you know you are getting the freshest coffee possible. I got a 5lb bag of ethiopian yirgacheffe coffee and it was roasted perfectly! Oh, and they ship!

This is a hidden gem in the town of Flomaton, Alabama, just a minute of highway 29, and a must stop for anyone heading into Pensacola or to I-65! The shop is local and family owned and the coffee is small batch roasted in house and prepared at the highest of standards. I have stopped by twice now on trips and have been thrilled with the high quality and dedication of the staff. The pour over I purchased was done right and I could taste so many excellent flavours and nuances in the coffee. We also purchased a Caramel iced latte and Mocha which my family said were of the highest quality. It is a wonderful location to stop and have a coffee, read or study, or have a meeting, and they even have outdoor seating. Don’t miss this place. An easy five stars.
