If I could give this company negative stars I would. First off the sales man Kaleb sold me the panels with the fantasy I would receive the federal rebates offered within the (interest free) time frame the lender allows which would of significantly lowered my payments. I was told that my monthly power bill would be comparable to what my average power bill was at time of purchase. However he failed to mention that tax incentives are based on taxable income ( which means if you never pay at end of year you'll never see rebates). I have 6 kids and my Husband was deploying the following year. So needless to say we NEVER have any taxable income and the year following my husbands income was all tax free. So we will never be able to claim tax credits because they will continue to roll over until my kids are gone. We will long be out of our home before these tax credits ever kick in. I called and complained and they promised to do solar parties at my house and put a percentage of sales towards my panels since they screwed me. It has now been 2 years and I continue to get the rude run around from who ever is in charge because conveniently the owner/manager who made solar part arrangements with me conveniently doesn't work there anymore. My Payments for panels are 258.00 + 8.98 to stay connected to power company. My old average power bills were 125.00 mo.. I now pay 268.98 a month for power. Its ridiculous. Solar panels are a joke and so is this company and its shady sales men. They installers were great and timely.

We are very pleased with our experience with Solstice Energy in getting a home solar system. Matt Howard was excellent in explaining, following-up, and giving status updates. The installation crew was easy to work with and behaved very professionally. We worked with 4 others solar companies before deciding on Solstice. The prices were comparable, but the customer service from Solstice was by far the best.

The company was pleasant to work with for the most part. It was unclear who my main point of contact was and oftentimes I felt like we were passed from person to person preventing getting our questions or concerns answered promptly. Installation date was pretty much on schedule with no serious delays and quick installment. System looks good and have no issues with it except we're not getting the return on our bills that they had led us to believe. We were promised to receive a free nest thermostat and smart bulbs with our financing and they never arrived. 4 months had passed since our install date in which I inquired about these items. It took me a month to hear back and within a week they sent us a thermostat. Knowing what we know now I'm not sure if we would purchase again.

Solstice Energy was great to work with and I know, even though every thing is up and running, I can contact them at any time for issues regarding the panels, etc. They were great in working with the electric company and kept after them for me to get things done so the installation would be completed as quickly as possible. All delays were with the electric company, but Solstice kept on top of it and was a great help in getting it working and turned on. Now just waiting for our first electric bill since adding the panels! I am hoping between the new windows and new power source, both bills will go down this winter, and not go way up in the summer, either! Thanks, Solstice, you are a great team!

I'm excited to have my new solar system from Solstice Energy installed and up and running at my Wellsville home. The folks with Solstice were great to work with, incredibly patient with my dozens of questions (had to explain that they were working with a professional researcher!) and helped me sort through all the decision steps. The inspection and installation crews were professional, on time and friendly. I'm looking forward to getting my solar system registered so I can keep track of the energy it generates and the energy I'm saving. Glad to go green!

LYING SCAMMERS. There is absolutely nothing positive to say about a company that takes your money and runs. I've been searching hi and low for anyone to contact as they seem to have closed shop entirely now. I would bring legal action against Solstice Homes if they weren't set up as seperate LLCs. I've tried going through the State Attorney General's office and reaching out directly, I've filed complaints with our solar loan provider and anyone else associated with them. Anyone want to show up in person with signs to set up a picket

Any good review you see here is a fake, they've done that on every review website to try and boost sales. Take a look at my attached picture to see how my power bills are "gone", I wish.

I'm my experience they were very disorganized. I spent a lot of money on my panels yet I never new what was happening or where I was at with them. Solstice was horrible at communicating how the process was going and got irritated when I would call in for updates on my system. Would not recommend this company!!

You guys are great and your installers where amazing as well as polite. They explained everything including safety with the solar system. I am so happy to be going green. Even though the town I live in makes is nearly impossible to go green and offer no incentives. I look forward to the savings and long term value in the system. Thanks Erick.
