I can't thank Solis acupuncture staff enough.
Before acupuncture, I was struggling with severe neck and back pain. After a few sessions with Ava, Jessica,Taylar and Dr. Uzes there was an immediate relief.
Everyone at Solis is amazing and very caring.
Ava has a really gentle touch, she goes above and beyond. She is very knowledgeable, kind, honest and professional.

Acupuncturists leave detailed notes for each other, so no matter who you get, you will get a great session. I have MdDS or Mal de Debarment Syndrome. When I came for sessions, I felt like an ocean buoy bobbing in the ocean and had a strong gravitational pull left. I was walking with a cain. I had major brain fog. Now after six sessions, I am not using the cane, feel like I am on a gentle raft, have less brain fog, and am able to exercise and live my life more normally again. I believe my acupuncture appointments have been a huge part of calming my aggravated nervous system. Thank you Solis!

A handful of people referred me to Solis acupuncture, and I decided to come and be open-minded about trying traditional Chinese medicine for the first time. Initially, I didn't know what to expect when the thin and small needles were inserted, but was surprisingly amazed that these needles didn't hurt or scare me.

Solis Accupuncture is warm and welcoming. I have recently been seeing Ava Zack for pain management on a regular basis. She is gentle, intuitive and kind. Her knowledge extends past accupuncture and she has helpful recommendations for nutrition, nutritional supplements, or anything else that may help with pain management. Recently she treated my highly painful left shoulder and arm (osteoarthritis) and has give me my life back. I am grateful and highly recommend her.
