I love the SolaTrim product. It’s very clean, tough, and esthetically pleasing to the eye. I bought $1200 of the 6.75 from Nixalite (also a great company) and had a company install it. The initial SolaTrim on my solar panels began to have issues 6-8 months after initial install; I personally had braved the 2nd story roof to fix several areas but noticed 6 months later other areas that began to detach from the panels (these issues were not product related but most likely installer related). Knowing this was gonna be an ongoing issue, i wanted a company to evaluate and replace SolaTrim in areas that needed it. I had contacted several different companies that do bird proofing. Unfortunately, most companies don’t use SolaTrim but rather mesh and netting, and were unable to help me.

I figured the next best approach was to contact SolaTrim to see if they knew anyone who could help me. I called SolaTrim and spoke with Ernie who was so helpful and nice. He heard my issue and was able to get me in contact with a great company who handles SolaTrim material. Because I had personally bought SolaTrim and had already needed to replace several areas within a year, he offered give me warranty credit on any of the SolaTrim that needed replacement by the company that came to fix it (Pure Solar Clean). So thankful for Ernies beyond customer service.
