We just had Solartime come out to install an EV charger in our garage. Their electrician Greg was very helpful in selecting the location and weighing our options. They did a great job and the charger is installed in a convenient location. I wanted it hardwired and they did that really nicely so it is a clean and safe install.

We knew about Solartime USA already because they installed our Solar system back in 2021 and it has been working flawlessly since then. They were really great to work with for Solar as well and very patient in explaining the pros and cons of various options. It was all overwhelming, but they really explained things and made our decisions easy.

We would highly recommend Solartime USA for new solar, repairing or updating existing solar systems, EV Charger install, whole home backup generator installation, or an interlock system for a small backup generator. They offer quality work at a reasonable price and stand behind what they do.

My system is just over 10 years old and suddenly shut down in December. My installer pulled out of the DFW market and I had to search for 3 months for a company that could figure out the issues with my system. Some companies wouldn’t work on my inverter, one showed up and then told me they don’t work on two-story homes. Finally found Solartime and the team was great. Super fast, super friendly and my system is back up and running. Total cost was less than the truck roll for most places I’d spoken with. Will definitely be using when I need a new inverter or any other solar work.

Where to start to describe how GREAT this company and people is!
(Installation date was Feb 2022)!
Since then, my bill have been negative (see pictures)!

This company was beyond AWESOME from the very beginning all the way to the installation and monitoring.
This company, in my opinion, is one of the BEST solar companies in Dallas-Fort Worth area. They’re honest, transparent, professional, non-pushy, best price compared to other solar companies, hassle free, clear process, continuous timely updates, perfect installation and monitoring. If anything goes wrong with the system, you get help right away (same day or next day which is hard to get from other companies). Also, you can stop by their office in Richardson at any time and see how nice and great these people are!!!

Starting from the consultation call, Jason was very helpful and answered all my questions with full honesty and transparency.
After that, I was updated on every single step in the process. The installation team was amazing and they were able to finish in one day.
My system had one issue in one panel (which is normal in anything in life), but the team did a great job to fix it on the next day (without me knowing that there is an issue). Well, after that, I became a good friend to this awesome family owned business.

I'd absolutely recommend working with this company for all the above reasons and also if anything goes wrong with the system, you need a responsive company who come to fix it in a very short time (going with a big company will take a lot of time to get this fixed).
