We shopped around for solar heating for our first pool. Our overall pool project was already overwhelming in price and surprises. Solar tech offered competitive prices and great warranties for years to come. They made us feel like we were family.

Not knowing, we ended up with an awesome company. From the salesman who treated us with respect and patience to a professional and meticulous installer. We are very impressed with the product install and service. We would recommend solar tech to everyone looking for heating.

I thought my system overloaded during an outage. The alarm was flashing red. He came out and found it had just ran outta juice because I ran a bunch of stuff since I had a new space heater and turned out those things are power hogs.
It’s never ran out before because I never overloaded it and didn’t give it a second thought.
He just told me it was back on and also checked my panels and told me those were clean too. Basically he didn’t have to do anything but it eased my mind that everything is in good shape. Also he’s a dog lover so…

Once we had our system installed, it’s been nothing but trouble. The lack of communication, responsibility, and honesty is a big problem. Our Solar System wasn’t working properly after we ran some tests and notified Solar Tech. We noticed an issue by going “off grid” for a couple days, though the system never really went off grid. Come to find out, this is an ongoing issue for the Tesla battery owners since a “part is missing”. Apparently, Solar Tech knew about the issue and decided to wait and see if we noticed. Bad business. This is also currently happening to multiple customers. Furthermore, a tech had come out on multiple occasions and tried to use a workaround, which didn’t make things better, rather it has made it worse. No our system is complete off. Good job 👍

There is no way I would give a good review at this point. Emails ignored. We have been very nice and have tried to be understanding, but that only lasts for so long. I’m a professional and it’s tough to understand how not going above and beyond to respond to us timely, or even at all, and try to resolve an issue, is how Solar Tech has decided to conduct business. Good luck with the rebate promised as well. No answers.

The Tesla battery installation team was excellent. They addressed all the issues that the survey team did not identify and that were not accounted for in the engineering layout plan. The installation team made recommendations and asked for my concurrence then started work and did not stop until the job was complete late in the day. They took the time to explain and make adjustments as the job progressed. The completed job met the expectations they had set before starting. The pre-inspection checks that followed were also performed by very professional technicians that explained the nature of the work being performed and resolved any problems on the spot.
