SolarTec Off Grid Solutions just commissioned my new solar power system. I have a unusual relationship with Phillip and Solar Tec, even though I am not a customer, I am grateful for the kindness that Philip extended me regarding problems I am having with the solar company that I’m doing business with. I’ve had several years of problems with them and I’m trying to get resolution but being a person that doesn’t understand solar and doesn’t understand all the ins and outs of systems, etc., he has taken it upon himself to help me understand and build knowledge as I negotiate with my company company when it comes to encouraging them to making things right. I truly appreciate Philip taking the time reaching out to me on social media when he saw I was having a problem. I’m still working on my situation and I hope to get it resolved.
