Faulty install caused extensive damage to my brand new roof. They didn’t tighten the panels so when it’s windy the panels pounded my roof. They came out to inspect and fix the problem. And failed to replace broken tiles. “Owners” finally came out to inspect broken tiles and then ghosted me. They have not responded since November 2022. Do NOT use this company. They will not return your phone calls, respond to emails. Warranty? How do you file a claim if they ignore customers? Please explain.

Solarize is hands down the worst, most despicable company I’ve ever worked with in my life. I did work amounting to $410,000.00, none of which they ever paid!

Honestly, this is devastating. I am now going out of business, filing bankruptcy and about 35 families are now without jobs, thanks to these guys.

Not only this, but all the customers Solarize installed were never completed. They are now stuck with a 25 year loan that was unfulfilled. These customers and myself will be filling a lawsuit against this company. If anyone else wants to join, please advise.

Anton and the Get Solarize team are fantastic. Just got my solar panels installed by the Solarize NV crew and I am amazed at the awesome job they did. They not only installed the panels but also the control boxes and electrical wirings to get it all hooked up to the power. The crew were experts dedicated to their work with such efficiency. They worked so well together and got the job done in no time! Great clean-up job, too! Not a speck of trash was left behind on my property! Solarize did our Solar panels. They were great to work from the 1st meeting till the end. All of the staff from office, sales & installers were great! I cant emphasize enough how they do have a great product!
They send the emails made calls to us with every step of the installment. We would totally recommend Soarize For your Solar panels. They have a price range for everyone.

I entered the process understanding no solar company is honest. 50% job is luck and anther 50% is their abilities to dig themselves out of the trouble. Their abilities to do the job is poor and they dont have good luck either. In order to upgrade the existing power panel, they told me I will lost power service for 1 day. In reality I lost power at my office for 10 days. They left trash at the work site has not picked up. Trash is still here until this moment. The solar system was installed more than 1 month ago and it is still not been turned on due to the reason they can not explain. Now they stopped answering calls. Sales person is Jim the Solar Guy. I will have separate review for him in near future.

The day after I left this review, they called me back. They said due to it is a commercial property, it will take additional 6 to 8 weeks to turn on the service. This is 40 days after the system is installed and they are asking for additional 6-8 weeks.

This is approaching Mid July 2022. No improvement.
They really dont know what they are doing.

I researched solar extensively before contacting any companies to get quotes from. Once i felt that i had a basic knowledge of solar, I then had seven different companies come and tell me why i should select them over any other. When the smoke cleared there were 3 companies i liked, but 1 stood above all others. Matt Macias with GET SOLARIZE really impressed me with not only his knowledge but with his honesty. Having only been in our new home for 2 months, Matt was the only rep who suggested i wait and get more power bills in order to be able to more accurately project our solar needs. Everyone else was ready to sell me a system and get out the door. I went with GET SOLARIZE and am extremely happy with the system they installed. HONESTY goes a long way in my life!

GetSolarize is an absolute amazing company. I got several quotes from other solar companies as usual. Matthew was our solar guy that helped us. He was very understanding and had patience for every question we could think of about our solar. We got 20 panels for our house. Because he said that is what would work best for us. It’s been 4 months now, and we still haven’t had an electric bill from NVENERGY!
He has been there with us every step of the way. We would recommend Matthew for your solar guy.
