They seem like 5 star service in the sale , but everything since has been 0 star. My install was sloppy I just installed new roof so designed system to be hidden and asked for the plumbing to be indiscreet as possible when installers arrived and they ignored that and just took the fastest easiest route to my box, had to put the wires up in my attic as they just had them slapped across with no effort to tuck them away. I’ve called and left multiple messages due to some issues with my system (even though part of the sales pitch was monitoring and deployment of repairmen when needed) Im currently with a micro inverter out and they never alerted me to it, I found it trouble shot it and had replacement delivered, but they NEVER answer or call back so I guess I’ll have to pay someone else… so save yourself trouble and do not go these installers. They say you can help pay your system off with referrals, one of the reasons I picked them as I had 5-10 people ready to go until they saw my issues, so obviously can’t refer them in good conscious so don’t count on that!! Save yourself some headache and find someone else that cares after you sign the dotted line.

Nathaniel was the.rep that came to my house. He explained everything in detail and when I didn't understand he explained it in a way that I could. He is great. The installers were also good professional and fast overall I was completely satisfied with everything and can't wait to get my system up and going.

We had 42 panels put on roof in 2019 of 2020 @1701 Limestone Trl. Fort Worth. Tx. 76134. They worked great for a long time. We had over $400.00 in credits. Then bill started to grow & credits shrunk. We called they came out & half the panels weren’t producing, micro inverters weren’t working. Will they fixed it. But now it has started to do same thing as before. I have called left messages, but nothing. Seems like the company who took them over should still honor the contract & warranty. Hopefully they respond to this & I can change it back to a positive review.

Company is terrible since purchased by SolaTrue. Absolutely worthless. Will not return calls until you threaten to call the Attorney General office. Even then they don’t call, they email. They do not honor the 25 year warranty. They will push you to have issues resolved by their competition. I would strongly suggest finding an alternate company.

I want to give a shout out to our guy Chad Pickle. We had to wait 3 months due to hail damage and Chad put everything on hold. He even took me over to his parents house so I could see the system in person. Hands down the best customer service I dealt with during trying to decide a solar company. If I ever need anything else I know who to call

Service after the sale is non existent. Our panels have been in error for over 2 weeks and we've had no response. Have emailed 5 times and called 9. Left 5 voice mails. Less than 2 years and nothing but broken promises.
I did call again. Left another voice mail....
Update 10/5/24, still no call back. Had to call a local solar guy to come out and flip our polarity. I thought we were supposed to have someone monitoring our system? What happens if we loose a panel or have damage that needs replaced?

The biggest scam ever! Do not fall and sign anything with this Solar company. They are a big fraud. Biggest mistake done as a First time homeowner. They will lie to you and say your electricity bill will be lower Than what you already pay and lie saying the system you have been approved for will give you all the savings. LIE! They work on an independent grid so when lights go off yours will remain. LIE! I posted a review warning others 6 months ago because once everything is installed they ghost you. I had been needing to contact them for weeks and no answer due to system not working properly. They finally called me within 30 minutes from posting my review. They made all this promises and asked for me to remove the review and they will take care of everything until the issue was resolved. I got offered money as long as I removed the review!! And I'm sure half the people with 5 star reviews got offered compensation in order to remove their 0 star review. It's a Shame went Souther Solar to Solatru and now Solar Co. That's too funny. The "Vice President" Ernesto who was helping us out kept giving us excuses saying there was layoffs and misled us and had us waiting for a check to cover our loan expenses because our system was not working properly at the time. Here we are weeks later never received payment and our loan was sent to collections with a blocked system! WAY TO GO!! They earned themselves a LAWSUIT! PLEASE BE AWARE AND DON'T FALL FOR THEIR SCAM. Luckily, I have proofs and proofs of everything that was promised since the agent came to sell us!
