Jonnell Coral from Columbus, GA, has taken $33,750 from me in 2021 to install solar panels for my house. However, she has neither installed the panels nor returned the money. She is not responding to messages despite multiple attempts. What happens to her!

Got sold a dream of having more energy efficiency and a lower utilities bill. Well, that definitely has NOT been the case. Our bill was lower for just 2 months and it's been back to just about the same as it was before we got the panels, but now I'm paying a high utilities bill PLUS a monthly fee for the panels which basically made my utilities payment DOUBLE compared to what it was before the panels "investment"
