I thought I did the research but I suppose that no matter how much research you do if the company hides its flaws there is nothing you can do about it. It was taking them so long to do anything that I had talked to another company who gave me a better quote on their panels. I informed my sales rep. and they informed me that it was to late to cancel that a 75% fee would be charged to me. I told them why if in about 2 months nothing had been done. They replied that's how they do business. I told them about a better price for the panels with the other company and my sales rep. send me a new quote for the panels. I asked them again later why so long and they replied that the electric company was refusing their plans and they were trying to fix it were I didn't have to pay more. Long story short 7 months later no one has come out to see if anything is working or explained anything to us about the system called left message and nothing and still got charged original price on panels.

My experience with Solar Smart Living has been phenominal. From start to finish. They were very professional and attentive to details I laid out for them. They did a beautiful job installing all of my equipment and solar panels. I don't understand the negative reviews. This is the only company aloud to monitor and maintain my system. Bree Halcon not only helped my husband and I lower our electric usage with mini splits but also helped with the solar. She has been with us every step of the way.
