Highly recommend working with Solar Panel Pros! Every individual I worked with was friendly, helpful, punctual and a pleasure to work with. They're highly organized. Solar Pros is a fantastic company. I have had our solar array for two years now. We had enjoyed the benefits for our first year when a component went bad. Solar Pros was diligent in getting the component and installing it quickly. I hesitated posting this review until we had experienced the year trouble free. It is common with solar for components to go bad. I am just thankful we had Solar Pros on the job who stood behind their product!

Solar Power Pros has completed two projects for us. First, they installed solar panels. The following year, a Tesla Powerwall whole-house battery system. Both installations were very professional and thorough. From sales to installation, our experience was great. After installation, I have been able to get any questions answered quickly and completely. Having been in construction most of my life before I retired, I can recognize excellent work.

I worked with Solar Power Pros to add to my existing solar power system. I had panels on my house but they were not keeping up with my new electric water heater and baseboard heat. Solar Power Pros installed a second set of panels on my garage, along with a battery. They were wonderful to work with from start to finish. The office staff, operations, installation, and service folks were always helpful, responsive, professional, and friendly. The techs explained things to me in detail (I like to have a strong understanding of how things around my house actually work) and took the time to show me exactly what they were doing. My existing system had not been functioning for a few months before the new install, and it took SPP multiple visits to sort out what was happening and make the repairs because of the extent of the damage that had been done, mostly by squirrels. This was all done at no cost to me given that I had a contract for new panels, and the service team really went above and beyond. The service manager, Jimmy, and operations manager, Tyler, as well as the service guys Kyle and Matt, were great to work with. Lauren in the office was always available to answer my questions. They are a small business that treats their customers well, locally-owned (which really matters to me given how unstable/fly-by-night much of the solar industry is), and Veteran-owned (which as a long-time Federal employee and child/grandchild of Veterans also really matters to me). I now have a system that's functioning beautifully thanks to them. Highly recommend working with them!

I had a terrific experience with Solar Power Pros who installed 15.7 kW of rooftop solar and 2x Powerwall 3's in my garage. From the informative and pressure free sales calls with Kevin, the site survey and planning with Matt, the excellent project management from Bill and Lauren who answered my many questions along the way, to the roof team led by Josh and the especially amazing electrician's Mike and Eric who left my house better than they found it and took extra care to make the finish look amazing, I could not have asked for more from the team and they delivered. Jimmy and Karl have also been great supporting the system commissioning and finalizing a few small details. My deep thanks to he whole team at SPP, I could not recommend the team more highly. - Dan
