So disappointed in this company. Our entire roof leaks from a botched installation and we've had to have our roof covered by a huge tarp for months now, unable to pull any solar. The owner has completely ghosted us, ignored the letter from our lawyers, and our only option now is to go through arbitration. The quote to fix our roof and have it reinstalled correctly was $16,000 from our insurance. Huge amount of damage was done to our new roof, leaks into our electrical in our kitchen, a hole in the ceiling in our bedroom, and brown spots throughout the rest of our ceiling where all the solar panels were installed. Do your homework before picking your solar. We had really high hopes for this now useless $50,000 investment. Also reported him to the BBB. Adding photos of some of the damage.

1 year since installation has yielded 2 months of production. The solar panel wiring has arc faults and ground faults. The owner and President, Don Tonic, as well as one of the directors, Chris Reilly, refuse to honor their commit to maintenance. Even before the wiring started having faults, the system was never NEC compliant. They ignore all emails, texts, phonecalls and reviews.

In life, sometimes all expectations you may have are exceeded as happened when Our SOLAR System was bought and installed.
After an extensive search for just the right company and pricing we decided on SOLOR PLUS, LLC to purchase and install our system. This company was very competitive pricing and a professional organization from top to bottom. I wish everything we have ever had done to our home over the years was so well performed and executed. From the beginning to the end of the project we were pleased. The experience gave us both a renewed optimism for companies and quality of product and workmanship.
Everything was explained and planned out in an organized methodical manner to ensure an end product worthy of praise. I am a hard person to impress and many think too driven for perfection. I am in my seventies and have always demanded a lot from myself and others in any endeavor. I believe in honesty, hard work and the content of character for any individual. If this company was a publicly traded company I would want to buy stock in it. As a person who is very conservative and not invested in stock, this is saying a whole lot. Thank you, Don, William, Blake, Dwayne, Cody and all the other nameless individuals who worked on our project.
