Just got my 3.8KW system approved and commissioned this week. Purchased almost everything from the Solar Panel Store. They spent a lot of time making sure my system was sized correctly, and worked me through a couple problems very nicely. They get my recommendation and 5 stars.
I am now 50% solar, my goal 100%, and it's good to know I can count on these guys.
It has been 3 years later and now and I am 100% solar and that"s with electric hot water and heat pump. I have bought 3 more Sunny Boys from here each 5.0s so that's 18.8KW. The prices are great and things work out in the end. One problem to be aware of is they drop ship a lot of things like Snap N Rack rails which I highly recommend, but along the way sometimes it takes longer than expected to get things like maybe up to 3 days to get tracking. And they may not make that clear. So they need to work on customer expectations. And they are not perfect, and made a mistake on one order. However they worked with me and adjusted shipping to alleviate the mistake. So all and all, I would buy again from them and I still give them 5 stars.

These guys were awesome and super easy to work with.
Dan customized my order to exactly what I needed and answered all my questions quickly.
I ordered a 3 panel system, but racking for 5 so it could be upgraded easily later on.
Delivery was pretty quick too and took about a week.

In 2016 I purchased a small off grid setup for a radio relay tower, I'm an IT guy, not electrician, they helped verify my calculations were correct, we ordered the equipment, I installed it, and 3 years later, it has ran flawlessly, not a single outage, I literally have not been within 100' of the install since the day I put it in.

Fast forward to 2019 I stop in again to have them help out with sizing up a much bigger (14kw) system for my house, I was absolutely stunned that they remembered my name from 3 years ago, that alone was enough for me to want me to cut them another check, not to mention their price was 1/4 the quoted price of another quote i had received (granted the higher quote included an labor). Looking forward to working with them on this project and any future solar needs I may have.

Ordered August 29th, then I have to reach out today (9/4/18) to see when my order will be shipped. I do the customer service chat and dance around then I called. Peter tells me there's a 5% restocking fee!!! How's that? It's on backorder and has been shipped yet. I'll do a bad review for that and you guys can keep the $.90. Kinda had the same experience when ordering my solar system. Had to call and find out the same run around when spending over $3,600. ✌🏿
Nobody called. I can post my voicemail and call list on here also. Just like when I ordered my Extreme Solar System I had to go fetch my shipping details 3 days later. There's no voicemail, no email and nothing in my spam folder saying anything about the delay. Amazon has now been my resort to purchase from. I could rant on and also post the emails and questions about batteries that we're never responded to.

Dan was incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to ensure that I ordered right products. He arranged various shipping methods to make it convenient for me and provided guidance on the installation design. There is lots of competition in the solar market but the Solar Panel Store is the way to go.
