I can’t believe there are good reviews on this company.
They have poor communication and customer service. In fact, it sounds like they a run by one person who is not very professional. He answers the phone as his personal phone and I never know if he was just napping but has odd background noise as well. He told me to hold on then went to send me to voicemail so he wouldn’t have to discuss my situation with me. He then dropped my case without understanding the problem and just avoided the whole issue. That doesn’t speak to any form of customer service in my opinion.
I have no idea who is running the company but try to call the service number yourself and you’ll see. They also have one lady Lori answering the phone who doesn’t seem professional at all - they just refuse work.
I’m leaving a BBB complaint based on my situation.
I’d avoid all solar companies and this service provider at all costs.

I lease my solar panels from a Texas company that isn't easy to work with. Luckily for me, Solar Medix has helped me to navigate the repairs process. They are timely and responsive. Robert and Lori are are very much on top of things.

UPDATE 12 /14 /2023

ALL our 3 SOLAR SYSTEMS were finally restored after a bit of some rough road along the way..

i have a multi tiered & very complicated array because Nj CEP is as rigid as a concrete piling & allows no gray area at all.

service visit email scheduled for 12/11. Showed up on time. both days .

put a full crew of 4 on it the 2nd day & finally blew it out after waiting for a labor and weather window..

I'm a guy that is very solar pv literate & it still was a bit of an ordeal getting all concerned going in the same direction either because of communication or lack of understanding the game plan clearly.

i STRONGLY suggest that if you have a complicated repair, you initiate communication & continue to follow up every other week for progress. . .

here is the finished product which reduced the silliness of my added on system by system convoluted system plumbing about 75 % from it state before the vehicle impact .

in any case.. my systems are back on grid generating & earning..

and seem normal compared to where they were accident prior..

hoping it stays that way!

EXCEPTIONAL - Used solar medix to service my old (inherited) solar panels which were not working. They came out and diagnosed the problem and then completed the repair work. When the repair still did not fix the problem they sent out an additional team to further analyze the issue and discovered there had been an error in the initial diagnosis and the issue was actually with an alternate system that fed into our solar panels and was not the panels at all. They were able to remedy the problem and then fully refunded me for the work related to the issue that they had diagnosed. I even received a hand written letter from the business owner apologizing for initial error. Everyone I worked with from the company was exceptionally kind, and I was so grateful and impressed with the way they conducted business with me. I was sure I'd have to chase them down when the initial repair did not work but they showed up within two days to fix the problem. They could have told me anything was wrong (I know nothing about how solar panels work) but instead owned up to their own error, explained everything and fully refunded me. I am so appreciative of people like this, which seem to be increasingly hard to find.

Joey and Dennis came today to do a roof inspection prior to having the solar panels removed in order to put a new roof on. They here for 2 hours, and were extremely thorough. They explained everything to me that they were doing and everything they found. They were two of the kindest people I've met, very professional and engaging. They both deserve praise. Solar Medix is lucky to have them both.
