Spencer at Solar Hut was able to get my Sunpower batteries off of PTO mode. They are in bankruptcy proceedings with no support staff and I had no idea how long I would have been in that situation. Spencer saved the day! Thanks!!

Meghan was professional, well educated on different products available. She made us feel at ease and answered all of our questions thoroughly. I had a DIY project that went south. Solar Hut bailed me out and did a great job! Spencer, Ben and all other crew that showed up to help were professional, punctual, clean and performed high quality work. Meghan stepped in on the Admin side to help streamline all communication. The owner Luke was available as needed and provided outstanding “behind the scenes” management. Solar Hut picked up where I wasn’t able to finish and really helped me out. I had a concern that my solar wasn’t producing as much as it should and called the company that installed the system,Infinite Energy. I had to call and leave messages 4 times before the manager Juan returned my call. He requested that I get information from PG&E and get back to him. I left numerous voicemails and Juan wouldn’t get back to me so I called Solar Hut LLC. Spencer took my information and followed up with the other vendors and did some troubleshooting and got back to me in a matter of days. I was extremely impressed with the professionalism and the pricing.
