Terrible experience with this company. I signed up with them two years ago and it took two years for them to get up and running so I gave up and signed up for another company. Suddenly they started billing me. I tried to stop the service but they convinced me I was committed to three months. I started calling and emailing when I got charged beyond three months. No response . When I finally got through to them they assured me that was the last month I would be billed . But guess what ? Another month another bill. For a service I never wanted. Now I will call and call and email and email to get thru to them . Unbelievable. Be warned. This company is awful.

I emailed a question about my bill one afternoon. The next morning the response was in the mail. I called Allison R as she offered follow up help and she quickly, efficiently and pleasantly was able to resolve my issue. It was so nice not to have to chase after a company for a solution.

Zoe Maldondo gave excellent customer service to me.
She called me back after I left a message with Syncarpha support. Zoe was able to quickly and politely explain how banked generated killowatt hours get used to reduce one's electric bill during winter months where the solar farms naturally produce less power than during the summer. She is a really upbeat CSR, and Solar Gardens is fortunate to have her on their team of reps.

I have my own solar, and had forgotten that I had signed up with this company in 2021. After it being energized in 2023 I had already purchased my own solar panels. They charged me for the energy that my own panels were making (this can be proved with an app connected to my panels). They will not refund my money and they have not responded to any of my emails or calls. I’ve contacted the Maine Public Utility Commission in an effort to get some assistance. Do not sign up with this company. It is not to your benefit. They have the worst customer service I’ve ever seen.

When I first signed up for this, I was somewhat unsure about it. They were VERY BUSY when they started off and I was questionable. Solar Gardens has totally amazed me with lower bills for my electricity from CMP and them.
If anyone is not sure of this company, don’t feel that way as your new bills from CMP will be lower than you would expect and your Solar bill will also be low and the combined total for both will show you a VERY substantial savings.
