I had a great experience working with Solar Flare and their technicians. My system had 3 bad micro inverters and my original solar installation company was not willing to help, so I contacted Solar Flare. They were awesome; corrected my site map and installed 3 new inverters that were warrantied through Enphase. If you Solar issues, I truly recommend their team.

I could not be happier with my experience with Solar Flare. I had a problem with my solar system that another company looked at and could not find anything wrong. I called Solar Flare. Jesus Alvarez came promptly, spent a LOT of time examining the system and identified what needed to be fixed. We scheduled the work and it was done. Reasonable prices, professional service. And friendly, thorough, and prompt communication throughout the process (Valeria in the office is terrific). I am planning on using Solar Flare for yearly maintenance inspection.

I totally recommend this company to anyone and everyone that needs anything with Solar. I used to deal with RD Solar in Palm Desert CA and the level of their unprofessionalizm pushed me to call Solar Flare once and the friendly and professional response that I got from the girl that answered the call and then later on Jesus handled everything in such friendly and professional way that now I totally trust them with everything that has anything to do with my Solar panels and systems.
Thank You guys. I'm glad there are still some companies out there like Solar Flare that do know how to handle a business and costumer service.

I had high hopes for my solar panels, especially since I was told I would generate 105% of my energy needs. Unfortunately, that hasn’t been the case. I’m finding myself paying not only for the loan but also hefty bills from Edison. I’ve tried reaching out to customer service for assistance, but I haven’t received any responses to my concerns. Overall, this experience has been disappointing, and I’m left feeling frustrated and misled.
