I'm so happy that I found Solar Discovery and Lisa. I was having trouble locating an authorized solar installer to come out and work to get my solar system back up and running. Mario the technician was polite, thorough, and communicative about his work and didn't leave until all was diagnosed and finalized by ordering a replacement inverter with the manufacturer which was under warranty. I wish all companies were this great. 5 stars for sure!

After a bad experience with another solar company, Ariel came in and quickly diagnosed the problems and fixed it all to get my system up and running. I also recently had the system removed for a new roof install and they did an excellent job at removal and reinstallation. They coordinated extremely well with the roofing contractor. I could not recommend them more.

After moving into our home we used SD to install a battery backup of an existing solar array. We were so happy with their service that we then used them for a roof replacement with new solar panels and battery backup for the in-laws house. Ariel and his team are a delight to work with. Ariel is detail oriented, knowledgeable, and very thorough. His electrician team is likewise. When we moved in we had several other vendors doing work on the house (not solar related) with mixed results. We found Solar Discovery as a recommended vendor through LG for the battery system we wanted. Pricing is on par with other vendors, but it was clear from the first conversations with Ariel how knowledgeable and attentive to detail he is. Questions are answered directly and unequivocally. Pricing is upfront with the relevant rebates and incentives listed as such. The work was done professionally and on schedule. The roofing work used one of their subcontractors, and there was one minor issue that was remedied quickly and without incident. Ariel made sure that we made all the deadlines for the best rebates available. It was a breath of fresh air to work with someone with his work ethic and attention to detail. Often overlooked with vendors is their approach once payment has been made; Ariel has been in regular contact with me for over a year after completion to ensure things are working properly and to notify when signatures and such are needed for rebate paperwork (which they fill out, submit, and track for you). I’ve subsequently offered to act as a reference and shown off one our installs. I’ve recommended them to a family member who has also used their service. Life would be a lot easier if all of the vendors we work with were as conscientious and diligent as the team at Solar Discovery.

Hi!!! My name is Tony I don’t know how many words I could fit in here, but probably will not be enough. This has been a great experience , in the last seven years that I have had Panels first company (I won’t mention any names) never took the time to explain anything about how solar panels worked and the care that comes with them. The company installed them and then disappeared out of the picture. My nephew connected me with Lisa, which I’ve never seen, but she is so professional, courteous, patient and sweet if I may? My Panels were out for about six months and never knew about it until I receive my second Electrical bill. Which is then that I reached out to her and less than two weeks My panels were diagnosed by one of their field techs (Rudy) Another amazing, courteous, humble, and professional Tech. Everything was called in and was ordered delivered and installed within 2 wks. The gentlemen installed the unit in less than 30 minutes had it up and running no more than 10 min after ,I am so grateful to Solar Discovery and those two staff members, Lisa and Rudy!!….. As a homeowner believe me, had not it been for that! My kilowatts and Electrical Bill would’ve kept climbing in the thousands. Truth and told, I could keep going, but I’ll stop thank you (Solar Discovery) and thank you Lisa! From a professional to a professional, they are truly professionals ……. Solar Discovery of Northridge just solved our problem with our solar panels. Had a problem with our inverter not working, our installer went out of business and didn't know who to contact. Our manufacturer Solar Edge replaced our inverter and saw in their list of installer Solar Discovery of Northridge. Called right away and talked to Liza who was very helpful, reliable and very professional from start to finish. She followed up with inverter replacement and sent technician Rodolfo and did a very good job!!! Very satisfied with their job and it's all good now. Liza & Rodolfo, really appreciate you both!!! My solar just stop working and previous installer are now out of business, solar discovery helped me specially Lisa who got straight to the job of researching about our solar, eligibility for replacement and giving me access to my solar app which was not turned over to us by the previous owner. She went ahead to order the unit replacement and right away scheduled us for installation. This saved us time and money from going back and forth from inspection to ordering to installation. Rodolfo was also very knowledgeable and installed the inverted in less than an hour. He was very informative too. Overall, I highly recommend them ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️.

Solar Discovery has been AMAZING!!! They did a wonderful job at our church in Reseda.

Basically, we had another company do solar installation a few years back. The company that did the installation of 72 panels, 3 inverters and 3 batteries got their money and bounced. But nothing was connected correctly, equipment was failing and nothing was communicating. It has been a nightmare and we have been dealing with high energy costs. That company was terrible, and when we tried dealing with the manufacturers, they were not helpful at all.

But then Solar Discovery was able to come and assess everything and make all the right connections and repairs and now we are FINALLY producing solar energy!!! They are heroes, seriously. We probably reached out to a dozen different companies, from other solar companies to manufacturers, suppliers for warranties and all that and did not have any luck getting anywhere. It was Solar Discovery that helped us get on track and help us produce energy!

We are really grateful to the crew and a special shoutout to Ariel and Lisa!! We highly recommend this company. Our staff and maintenance crew are super relieved that they were able to resolve our issues and do such a great job. We wish we worked with them initially, it would have saved us thousands of dollars.
