One of my solar inverters went bad (still under warranty) & unfortunately SunPower installed it & are now in bankruptcy. On top of that I live in Mesquite, NV where there are no solar installers in the area any longer who do anything with SunPower systems. SunPower kept giving me dealers in Colorado, Texas & California which would not even dream to come to NV. All options looked like complete new system. I then got in touch with Lynne at Todays Energy store in Henderson. She couldn't have been more helpful & stepped me thru attempting to contact SMA (inverter manufacturer) to see if they would honor the warranty as SunPower gave me the run around for months. It turns out SMA was able to ship me a new inverter under warranty & Lynne's team were able to schedule time to come to Mesquite & replace it. I had all but given up until Lynne & team kept helping & finally got it resolved. I can't recommend them high enough for their communication, assistance, & getting my system back up & working!!!

The whole process from start to completion has been exceptional. We met with Bill and he set the proper expectations for the investment we were making. He was knowledgeable and gave us realistic timelines for everything. The install was completed by knowledgeable and efficient technicians and then we continued the process with Leila as she kept us informed throughout the NV Energy process. Once that was complete they finished by painting our conduit per our HOA standards and we’ve been enjoying using the app to monitor the panels. So far, so good. Very pleased with their responsiveness, professionalism, craftsmanship and customer service overall. Thanks! I can honestly say this is the best solar company I’ve ever worked with. I unfortunately had a bad experience with the last company I had to deal with. Justin came out did my inspection and then took care of the problem. He made sure everything was working properly. Also when I called to make an appointment Lynne called me back right away. she was so kind and understanding. She got me on the schedule as soon as possible. It was a breath of fresh air that there are people that are professional and care about the job they do.

Bill Douglas and his team provided me outstanding worry free service from the comprehensive sizing/production estimates to the well done timely installation and activation. The sizing is perfect for my current part time residency and will add panels later when I become a permanent resident. Bill coordinated all the paperwork with my HOA and Nevada Electric. The monitoring of panel performance throughout the day is great. I am very pleased and thankful for Bill and the Energy Store Team for the fabulous job they did for me. I look forward to purchasing the Power Wall in late 2020.

I dealt with 7 solar installers in the Las Vegas area and for price and customer service excellence, I chose Today's Energy Store!
They have performed their work flawlessly and with updates daily, for which I could not be more pleased.

Not only the great quality of their craftmanship, but their customer service and attention to detail from the Director of Sales, Bill Doublas, to the Customer Service Manager, Lynne Lehne.
They always kept me updated on the status of my process, the panels location, the review dates from NV energy, their installation dates, and connection steps afterwards. They explained to me in advance what work they were going to performed and - respectfully - suggested an alternative for the best overall solution on my home!!

I also had the opportunity to interact with Mark, the owner and he had the same quality of service and patience with me as all his crew.

I have been in customer service for over 10 years, whereas I do finance at this time, and I can let you know, with peace of mind, that you will be hard-pressed to find the quality of crafmanship and customer care in another shop within the Las Vegas area, while their prices are extremely reasonable!!

I suggest that you give them a call and suggest to ask for an estimate and validation of my thoughts and words above.

Please DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY
They cracked a tile on my roof while putting brackets to hold my solar panels. Then my roof started to leak on my ceiling inside my living room. They first denied that the brackets was the cause. I had to hire a professional roofer to prove it was their brackets. Now that it was proven, I have tried to get Marc Hale to get my ceiling in my living room repaired but he keeps putting me off, as if I don’t deserve for his company to fix THEIR WRONG!!
And I have all the paperwork and emails to prove it
PLEASE DO NOT USE THEM!!

Thank you but you have it all wrong.
This is my home and I am not leasing any panels…I am buying!!
Also I did not try to get anything for FREE.I only asked that your representative that sold me the panels should have made me aware of the most important things…pigeons would be flocking to my roof…if she had disclosed this MOST IMPORTANT INFORMATION we could have had the pigeon guards placed with the panels, but she neglected this PERTINENT INFORMATION.
Where the brackets that broke the tile was between the panels, so there was no way for anyone to crack them by placing pigeon guards on the outer surface of the panels. But nice trying to defend your companies MISTAKE
Mr Hale has put me off for 4 months now and he has had the option of finding a contracted painter to paint my ceiling…but has not responded to me asking him to do so!!
I JUST WANT MY CEILING FIXED IN MY HOME!!

The installation went fairly well however they felt it necessary to upgrade my electrical service to 200 amps. My breaker box is located on the outside of the home in the rear of the building. They removed the old box then chiseled out an area large enough to accommodate the new box. They surrounded it with some type of thin plaster which deteriorated within a few weeks. I told Bill of this development and he assured me that they would send someone out to repair the plaster. I spend a lot of time away from home for work so after a month of travel I would return to find that the work had not been completed. I would contact Bill again and he would apologize then promise the repair would be done the next day. I would go out of town only to return to find nothing had been done. The cycle repeated over and over and over until I realized they got my money and they would not be providing any addition service or support. All I wanted was that they finish the job right and I couldn't get that no matter how hard I tried. Eventually Bill no longer responded to my pleas to finish the job. Truly disappointing.
