One star just for wasting my time. The city inspector came to do the inspection and it didn’t pass because the quality home services install crew didn’t do the job correct. Their crew now have to fix the issues and have the city inspector show up again. Now I will probably need to take two more days off like if I have time to sit at home and wait for them to do the job right.

It's been 7 months since my 22 panels were installed by Quality Home Services. I don't remember the individuals' names anymore, but I can tell you each person that came out to install were very knowledgeable and very professional. I had to install an additional electrical panel to house the solar addition. These two electricians were certified and again very professional hooking up around (it looked like) 100 different wires coming out of the old electrical panel. I did have 3 different bids on our solar and picked this company because I felt comfortable with the salesperson. They did not have the lowest price, but I felt I was (and did) get my money's worth. After 7 months I can say I made the right choose. Most of the winter months I am receiving a credit on my electric bid and looking forward to the summer months. I did buy the battery backup which seems to help reduce the bill. Our solar system is producing approximately 130% of our homes usage. If I did it again, I would definitely use Quality Home Services again.

We couldn't be happier with our solar and it's been 6 years! Sunpower has been great! I don't think we have had one issue. And we get a monthly report as well as a decent app platform. Any interactions with sunpower have been great! Mike, The guy that sold us our set up was so kind. He felt like someone you know for a long time. There are no surprises when we signed on the dotted line. And the absence of massive PG&E bills is a plus!
I highly recommend Sunpower!

I shopped around with various companies and had several come out to provide me with a quote. Most, pushed for just the sale and didn't take the time to explain in detail the benefits of solar and how the entire process works. I had the luxury of having Ira as my sales consultant. From the beginning he made my wife and I feel comfortable and that we could trust him. Ira was not pushy and is very knowledgeable about the different panals and their specifications. After our appointment with Ira he made himself available to us by cell phone for any additional questions we had. Ira always answered and made us feel comfortable. Now that we have our solar we couldn't be more happy and Ira played a huge part. If you have the opportunity to pick your sales consultant, ask for them to send IRA.

Absolutely love my solar panel‘s. Sales person was professional and responsive and very knowledgeable. In the passed I have had a bad experiences with my previous house with solar company. Sunpower is on top of there game. Great sales rep and a clean good job they did on my house. Highly recommend them. LOVE MY SOLAR PANELS😁

The reps were true to their word and followed through with promises. After 1.5 years of having Solar (we even talked 2 other friends into signing into to SunPower, as well) we are pleased with the product, installation and usage. Other than awaiting for Utility approval everything went along well. Everyone so far is polite and professional 👍🏻❤️

It's been a year since I purchased my solar. And to this day Sunpower by Quality Home Services keeps in contact with me to assure I'm a satisfied customer. They will always get the same answer. Yes! Going solar was the best decision I've made. And Quality Home Services is by far the best team I could have had my solar installed. Thanks a million! Definitely recommend!

Update....the solar panels are still working properly. No issues what so ever. I do recommend keeping them clean for max efficiency and productivity.
