Fantastic transition to solar service. Katie Inlay was outstanding with sales. We also did the foam installation which went great. Noticed the difference almost immediately in home temperature. Brittany was excellent as well with keeping me updated through the process. The installers were great and Hugo was good explaining how the system works and how to recognize issues that may arise. Hugo took extra time to explain everything until we were satisfied with knowing all that we needed.

Thanks to Solar Bear and Foam Bear! Katie has been fantastic to work with, very informative, patient and professional. Considered various other installers, but sold on Solar Bear and its services. Brittany and Bo also were very helpful as well.

Solar bear was great from the start. Erica (sales associate) was absolutely fantastic. Brittany (project coordinator) was also fantastic. The certified electrician did an outstanding. Job. The installers were polite and pleasant. The only issue was that after the panel install, an abundance of red and blue zip ties were left under the solar panels. These could be seen from my pool area and ground level. Other than this slight mishaps, all went well.

A year and a half ago Solar Bear installed 27.5 kW solar system with 68 panels. The sales experience with Katie couldn’t have been better and the install was perfect. The teams are professional. They know their product know how to size their solar perfectly. I’ve had no issues whatsoever in a year and a half and today they just finished installing the new 30 kW Franklin WH batteries set up. Bo did the installation over the last two days and it was perfect thank you so much Solar Bear for another job well done!
I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking for a small or a large solar project.

Great company, knows their stuff. Luis was a great rep and was very knowledgeable. They kept the process simple and easy to understand for me. I have waited until I received my first Duke bill after system was turned on to write this and I gotta say I am thoroughly impressed. From the moment Tom came to my home to give me his insight on how I should install the system, Brittany with consistent communication as we move along the project, and Hugo getting my system connected and learning the Enphase app. I could not be more happy with my decision to choose Solar Bear.
