Two weeks ago I had the pleasure of meeting Juan Jimenez and talking about putting solar panels on my roof. By that same afternoon Juan introduced me to Elijah Jackson who went through everything I needed to know about the panels, how they worked, all of the incentives the government has to offer, and financing. I had just moved here from Texas and had concerns because people there that I knew had been waiting over 6 months after paying for everything to get panels installed, inspected, and turned on. Elijah walked me through the process in Washington and it seemed much quicker. As I have an electric vehicle I really wanted to do this. He gave me his personal phone number if I had any questions. So I decided to do this. AI Solar had all of the paper work done by the end of the next day. The first call I made to him was about 4 days later to inform him the Installers were at my house and should be done in a few hours. The installers were fast. The said other inspector had 48 hours to inspect after the called and within 2-3 weeks the electric company will be by to replace the meter so I get credit for extra power the panels produce. This whole process was fast! I would be happy to recommend AI Solar to anyone.

Getting my house set up with solar has been so easy. From start to finish the process was great. Every interaction I had with their employees was great. They have fantastic customer service. Justin my sales representative really helped me understand the benefits of solar. He explained how the system works and how the rebates work. If I had a question he had the answer. The installers did a great job, taking care to respect my home and property. Even the delivery driver exceeded my expectations. Going above and beyond to help me locate the equipment on my property the day before the installation. Like I said every interaction has been great.
I don’t typically leave comments but this company deserves it, they have set the bar high for customer satisfaction. I highly recommend them. If you’ve been thinking about saving some money on your electric bill or you’re wanting to get off grid. Give them a call. It doesn’t cost anything to talk to them.

We were interested in getting solar and contacted SolarAI, they sent Benjamin Bosareirving out and he was excellent. I appreciate how he answered all our questions and took the time to teach us about the solar installation process. At this time we are not ready for Solar but we will be contacting Benjamin when we are ready!
