Solanta Solar is a very good company. Dean and Diego were very professional and hard working. They were always on time and returned our calls promptly. You have to beware of which solar company you choose to do the job, but if you don’t want to do any homework and you want the job done right, SOLANTA is the company to choose. I was in a bad way, with an operational system and a company that went out of business, leaving me with no warranty. No other companies wanted to touch this job, but Dean at SOLANTA was willing to help me. The job was less then a year old, had multiple problems and like I said, no one wanted to touch it. Dean is not only extremely knowledgeable as to how to install solar systems and what products to use, he is a husband, a father and a human being which is the only reason he agreed to help me out and repair my system. He felt bad for me. I have a $70,000 system that would still be operating at 1/2 capacity if it wasn’t for SOLANTA. His crew came 2 times within a month after accessing the job and corrected all of the issues. Since the system has been operating properly my electric bill has been $35 a month. He repaired structural issues on my canopy, wiring issues and installed all new converters. I took my time time to write this because reviews help people choose the right company and help the right companies to be chosen. So thanks for your work Dean. Oh, by the way, he’s warranted all if the work he’s done on my system.

Current/updated review: 4 years have passed since signing with Solanta. I successfully sued and received a judgement in my favor. Solanta has refused to give me my money back. They have stolen ~$60k from me.

Previous review follows: They have been unable to perform the install. In spite of acknowledging the excessive amount of time that has passed and indicating they are willing to issue a refund in writing, Solanta has not done so and continues to hold my money (10s of 1000s of dollars). Poor communication has plagued this project from the start:

1. Four (4) different project managers
2. Almost no proactive communication regarding status
3. Communication only ensues after the customer reaches out
4. When the customer reaches out it typically takes weeks to receive a response

Don't use or work w Solanta. Believe the negative reviews that state they have poor customer service.
